Home 04:22
Maybe I should just go home Maybe I left long ago When you see two teardrops Stream from my eyes I know you'll have dreamt of us Burning new skies Maybe I should just go home Maybe I left long ago And I'll walk these city streets Miles away Something in my spine Makes you okay Maybe I should just go home Maybe I left long ago Just go home
2.
Ghost 04:32
These ghosts haunt me everyday It's not sad I'm okay Got home late last night Another night punching pillows There's a place and another time Nowhere to hide There's a place and another time Nowhere to hide Ghosts haunt me Everyday It's not so sad Anyways Why don't you rip my bones Hang me out to dry Electrocute my brain You'll always be ingrained There's a place and another time Nowhere to hide There's a place and another time Nowhere to hide Ghosts haunt me Everyday It's not so sad Anyways

Empty 03:42
Any excuse to Sit next to you You keep me afloat When I'm sinking in deep blue see Let's take some more time Play one more song Because I always feel lost When you're gone I like the sound of our silence And the comfort of sweaty palms I'll be the ground beneath your feet Or anything you need Tear me apart or Sew me together I'll give you any piece that you need If you let me Simple expressions won't do this justice Cause when I'm with you It's impossible to describe how I feel I like the sound of our silence And the comfort of sweaty palms I'll be the ground beneath your feet Or anything you need

Al Gore 04:02
Walking through the sun again Only one thing on my mind All my dreams are done Searching oceans to find A ripple in a hog's thought Tongue tied in my knots Parkour needle pins No beasts without kin We all face to face Our beauties lay to waste We all face to face Covered in clouds of haze Lounge house razor blades In the dark we try to fade Now I'm lost again Lost again without a place Cool colors, scary sounds Dreams live in this town I'm dropping through the dark We all face to face Our beauties lay to waste We all face to face Covered in clouds of haze I'm dropping through the dark

about

This is the debut EP of Denver experimental indie/post-rock band Use the Sun. The album was engineered by Jayce Benton Curtis, and was recorded in the same house that these songs were written in.

Special thanks to our friends, family, geese, and people we meet playing and supporting music. Without these people, this wouldn't have been possible.
